How does the nasal breathing aid work?
Airmax® nasal device is also known nasal dilator or intranasal stenting device. Placed inside the nose, Airmax® Sport widens the narrowest part of the nasal entrance by softly spreading the nostrils. The improved airflow during inhalation and exhalation optimises nasal breathing when exercising.
Mechanism of Airmax® Sport nasal breathing aid
If the breathing air through the nose is not enough when doing sports, you automatically open your mouth to breathe. By wearing the Airmax® nasal device, the shift from nasal to mouth breathing occurs less often. In this way the sport can be exercised longer and the intensity can be increased. The higher oxygen supply leads to an improvement in sports performance and an afterburning effect (calorie consumption after the training), especially during endurance sports.
