HOW DOES THE SNOOOR SLEEP POSITION TRAINER WORK?
In order to achieve an optimal effect, the Snooor sleep position trainer should initially be used every night. Once placed on the forehead or chest, the device is switched on by pressing the power button. To allow you to fall asleep, it will activate after approx. 20 minutes. If you turn onto your back at night, Snooor vibrates gently, causing you to change position. After 8 hours the device switches off itself.
With continuous use, improvements should be noticeable after a short time. A kind of learning effect makes the body used to the correct sleeping position.
